New Booking Guidelines

  • Please be aware that booking excessive appointments (2 in one week, every week, etc) that are not apart of a treatment plan and/or being booked to “use up benefits” will not be permitted. In the event that this occurs, the appointment(s) may be cancelled at my discretion. If you have any questions, please reach out.
  • If you are looking for prenatal, youth, child, or infant massage therapy appointments please select that appointment type (regardless of if you are a new or returning client)
  • If you are a new client, please select the Massage Therapy (New Client)
  • If you are a retuning client, please select Massage Therapy (Returning Client)
  • Please note that my evening appointments (4pm - 7:30pm) spots are waitlisted for new clients
  • New clients to the clinic will now be required to have a credit card on file to book an appointment. If this a concern please contact the clinic for other alternatives.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Massage during your pregnancy is generally safe and can help with pain management and decreasing tension. Prenatal massage is safe during all trimesters. Your appointment time includes a health history interview, assessment, treatment, and go home instructions. A first visit generally has more communication time. I use a variety of massage techniques to decrease tension, pain, and improve range of motion. Pressure can vary from light to deep and this is negotiated with each client based on their preferences. Positioning on the table will vary depending on the trimester and the individual's comfort level.
A friendly reminder that if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home. The cancellation policy will usually be voided when you need to cancel due to illness. I ask that you try and inform me at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time. (*Should it become a reoccurring thing, conditions will apply). Whether you're looking to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, or improve your overall well-being, my treatments are designed to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. I use a variety of massage techniques to address the goal of treatment that can vary depending on what I feel . Pressure can vary from light to deep and this is negotiated with each client based on their preferences. A returning client appointment time includes a health and treatment plan progress check in, reassessment (if required), treatment, and new/ updated go home instructions. If it has been over a year since I have seen you, you may be required to fill out a new health history form to keep your chart updated.

Children can experience various benefits from massage, just like adults. Massage therapy for children can also be a good way to learn safe touch. Communication is a big part of the appointment and I work closely with the child to ensure they are comfortable and feel heard. Parents can stay in the room if this is what is most comfortable with the child. Appointments can be for therapeutic treatment or to increase wellness. Goals will be discussed during the appointment. The appointment time includes a health history interview, assessment, treatment, and go home instructions. I use a variety of massage techniques to achieve the set goals. Infant Massage Therapy

For ages 0 months - 1 years old. A 45 minute appointment is recommended for the first visit. Appointment lengths can be 30 minutes or 45 minutes. A 45 minute appointment is recommended for the first visit. Appointment lengths can be 30 minutes or 45 minutes.

These appointments are to provide baby massage and to teach parents how to do massage at home. Massage can help with bonding, sleep regulation, colic and gas, and wellness of babies musculoskeletal system. The appointments include a health interview, assessment, informed consent, treatment and go home instructions. Treatment can be done by me or the parent(s). I encourage the parent(s) to provide hands on while I demo with the doll to allow for bonding. This appointment is designed to match the needs of the infant and the parents. Chelsey is a Registered Massage Therapist under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Chelsey graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in 2022. Chelsey is a critical thinker and appreciates that the body is intricate and full of unsolved mysteries. Chelsey is motivated and loves to see her clients heal and leave feeling better than when they walk in. Chelsey ensures that there is always open communication to make her clients feel safe and heard. Chelsey loves to learn and is excited to further her knowledge through additional certifications.
